Nostra is a mobile-first gaming community app that brings players together through instant gameplay, group chats, and a vibrant social ecosystem. The app goes beyond solo play to create a space where users can connect with fellow gamers, join game-specific groups, and participate in live discussions and events.

As the sole UX designer, I was responsible for end-to-end product design — from user flows and wireframes to visual identity, micro-interactions, and feature launches.

The layout maintains a clear visual hierarchy—starting with the user, followed by content, and ending with actions—to support quick scanning and engagement. To give it a distinct gaming flavor, I introduced game-specific reactions like OG, OP, BUFF, and LOVE, which resonate more with our audience and add personality to the experience. This structure makes the post format scalable, consistent, and easy to reuse across different content types within the app.

We had to work within the constraints of an existing framework while crafting an engaging experience for a wide age group (14–45). With tight timelines to launch the MVP, we focused on making smart UX decisions quickly — balancing speed with impact where it mattered most.
